All of our silver plated cutlery is sourced mainly from Brocante markets in France and flea markets in the UK. 

In the main, cutlery is crafted from brass and then silver plated.  Many items are classed as Vintage and can be 50 to 100 years old.  None of the items are therefore dishwasher safe and we recommend hand washing them.  If the items tarnish, as with all silver and silver plate, give it a quick polish and it will revert to it's former beauty.

When you receive your order please notify us within 48 hours if they have arrived with any defects, damaged or if you are not entirely happy with our order.

You can then return them to us within 28 days and if returned in the condition it has left us, the item is unused and with the correct packaging we will provide you with an exchange at our discretion or issue a refund in certain cases.

For all returns, the item/s must be packed in the original packaging and please enclose proof of purchase. Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot except any responsibility for items ‘lost in transit’.

We do not class alignment issues, text spacing as a fault.

We will pay for the return of a product which is faulty or the wrong item received.
